The program showed me simple ways to save that turned into empowering financial moves that improved both my budget and my confidence. I am able to save more for my future.and will pay off another bill by July 1st.

The program guided me to create an effective written financial plan. I used the plan to pay off all credit card debt in 3 years. I leveraged the knowledge gained to create a similar plan for my business and it worked amazingly well! I highly recommend the Get Retirement Ready program for anyone seeking financial freedom, regardless of your age.

Meet Jennifer S. Matthews

Jennifer has enjoyed guiding thousands of people to living a debt free life. She took all of her successes, challenges, experiences, and feedback over the years to create Get Retirement Ready. Two key experiences for Jennifer have been that 1) too many people do not believe they can pay off their debts; and 2) retirement "sneaks up" on too many people and their debt keeps them in the workplace longer than they intended.

Jennifer created Get Retirement Ready to address these challenges and more using her signature M.O.N.E.Y.™ system. Jennifer’s simplistic approach motivates people to do things differently with their money, and then the quick results they achieve helps them stay in action.

Jennifer is the best-selling, award winning author of three books. She is also a sought after speaker and trainer. Jennifer’s media appearance include Washington Watch with Roland Martin, a regular guest financial expert on WUSA TV9’s Mind Over Money show in Washington, DC (CBS), and numerous other media appearances including Howard University radio (WHUR), Howard University television (WHUT), PBS, WBALTV (NBC), and Morgan State University’s WEAA-FM (an NPR affiliate). Jennifer was a Delegate at the Global Summit on Financial Literacy, and was one of only 100 people invited to participate in the White House Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives Compass in Action Roundtable on Financial Literacy.

Jennifer earned a BA from Rutgers University, an MA from LaSalle University, and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a proud, active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
